Brewery year 2000
Uncork the bottle and a nostalgic breeze wafts forth. With each tilt of the glass, memories long-buried begin to surface. The more you drink, the more its facets unfold—this peerless vintage is for those who relish the depth of life itself.
Beneath its crisp, transparent entry, waves of years roll in. OKINA 2000 slumbered for 21 years at ice-point temperatures before entering an even deeper cold-storage repose.
A one-of-a-kind character that can no longer be replicated. Despite its layered complexity, it greets you with a youthful, crystalline first attack. On nights made for contemplating the road behind, reach for this gem. Savour a depth so profound it reflects your own life’s journey in the glass.
Step 01
Held at the brink of freezing for over two decades, the sake was then transferred from refrigerated storage to an ultra-low-temperature cellar to continue its evolution beyond the 22nd year.
Step 02
Matured for 4 years in the brewery’s chilled cellar (as of June 2025).The aging process will continue after 2025, so the number of years of maturation will continue to increase.
